Founder

I am an accomplished Project Manager with nearly a decade of experience across diverse industries, including healthcare, non-profit, logistics, and transportation. Throughout my career, I have partnered with organizations to achieve their strategic goals by delivering impactful projects and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

I hold a Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from San Jose State University, California, and am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, a PROSCI-certified Change Management Practitioner, and a Green Belt in Six Sigma.

I have successfully led projects of varying scales, guiding them from initiation to completion and ensuring smooth operations handovers. My work has involved close collaboration with executive leadership, IT, HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams, focusing on cultivating a continuous improvement environment through training, documentation, and organizational alignment.

My expertise includes process optimization, performance improvement, and system automation. I have led initiatives to streamline workflows by implementing outsourced software solutions or developing in-house tools, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced organizational efficiency. By staying informed about emerging technologies and methodologies, I provide innovative, tailored solutions to help organizations turn challenges into opportunities.

My decade of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry has developed and honed my Project Management skills, particularly in Medical Affairs. Over the years, I've taken on strategic roles that emphasize cross-functional collaboration, compliance and driving impactful solutions.

I have overseen large-scale projects from inception through execution, working closely with teams in Medical, Marketing, and Sales. My roles have involved guiding brand strategy and maintaining the highest standards of compliance across Global, EMEA and UK initiatives. I manage project timelines, anticipate and resolve obstacles, and ensure seamless alignment across functions to achieve our strategic objectives.

I have continually strengthened my Project Management skills throughout my career in the Pharmaceutical Industry, in areas like strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management. I take pride in overseeing projects end-to-end, engaging stakeholders effectively, and thriving in fast-paced environments.

Outside of work, I'm passionate about charity, having raised over £4,500 for causes like Myeloma UK through events such as the London to Paris cycling challenge. My values - integrity, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement - are at the core of everything I do and shape my approach at Gemba Consulting Services.
